The Studio

Studio 174 is the workspace of Brooklyn based jewelry designers Caroline Glemann and Michael Fitzgerald.

The Studio offers classes in the art of handcrafting jewelry.

Studio 174 is a creative, supportive and professional environment in which the processess of design are explored from concept to manifestation.

New! The summer Workshop Schedule for this year has been set - check it out!. Studio 174 will be at the Spring Crafts at Morristown, April 11 - 13, followed by Spring Crafts at Lyndhurst, May 2 - 4. We hope to see you there!

Studio 174 offers unique and original handcrafted rings in platinum, high karat golds, and silver. We will consult on all levels of design and fabrication — from choosing a diamond to working with precious gemstones — to create your ideal wedding bands. Jewelry Classes

Class I - Next session begins Mar. 19th thru Apr. 23rd, Wednesday evenings.

Class IV - Next session begins Mar. 13th thru Apr. 17th, Thursday evenings.

Wax Carving - Next session begins May 10th thru June 14th, Saturday afternoons.

Gold I - Next session begins Aug. 6th thru Sep. 24th, Wednesday evenings.

Silversmithing I - Next session begins May 7th thru June 11th, Wednesday evenings and July 26th thru Aug. 30th, Saturday afternoons.

Caroline Glemann

Caroline is a jewelry designer and artist currently residing in Brooklyn, NY. A self-taught artisan, Caroline has been creating jewelry for 10 years.

Michael Fitzgerald

Michael attended the national College of Art and Design in Dublin, Ireland. He studied a wide range of arts and crafts before finding that Jewelry was the medium he had most interest in.
